6-Amino-1-benzyl-4-(4-chloro-phen-yl)-3-(4-pyrid-yl)-1,4-dihydro-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole-5-carbonitrile.
2008
The crystal structure of the title compound, C25H18ClN5O, was determined in the course of our studies on the synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole as an inhibitor of the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). The compound was prepared via a base-catalysed synthesis from 1-benzyl-3-(4-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one with p-chloroaldehyde and malononitrile. The crystal data obtained were used to generate a three-dimensional pharmacophore model for in silico database screening. The phenyl ring is disordered over two positions, with site occupancy factors of 0.55 and 0.45. The dihedral angles between the 1,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole unit and the chlorophenyl and pyridine rings a…
Crystal Data for Nickel Cimetidine Chloride: Ni (CM)2 CL2·2H2O
1989
AbstractNickel Cimetidine Chloride, Ni(C10H16SN6)2Cl2·2H2O has been investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction. Unit cell dimensions were determined by indexing programs, from diffractometer data obtained with copper radiation. A primitive monoclinic cell was found: a = 11.836(3)Å, b = 13.322(5)Å, c = 10.487(2)Å, β = 113.08 (2)°, Z = 2, Dx = 1.462 g/cm3, M.W. = 670.32. These data are consistent with values reported in the literature for other cimetidine complexes.
Crystal Data for Metal Cimetidine Isotiocionates: M(CM)2(NCS)2 (M = Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II))
1992
AbstractMetal cimetidine isothiocyanates, M(C10H16SN6)2(NCS)2, where M = Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II), have been investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction. Unit cell dimensions were determined from powder diffractometer data. Refined cell parameters (monoclinic with a primitive cell), powder data, calculated densities and Z value are presented.
Crystal Data for Complexes of Co(II) and Ni(II) Perchlorates with Mepirizole
1992
AbstractMetal mepirizole perchlorates, M(C11H14N4O2)3 (C104)2 where M = Co(II) and Ni(II) have been investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction. Unit cell dimensions were determined by indexing programs from diffractometer data. Refined cell parameters (monoclinic with a C-centered cell), calculated density and Z values are presented.
Selenium Imides: 77Se NMR Investigations of the SeCl2−tBuNH2 Reaction and X-ray Structures of Se3(NtBu)3, tBuNSe(μ-NtBu)2SO2, and tBuNSe(μ-NtBu)2SeO
2000
The reaction of SeCl2 with tert-butylamine in various molar ratios in THF at −78 °C has been investigated by 77Se NMR spectroscopy. In addition to the known Se−N heterocycles Se6(NtBu)2 (1) and Se9(NtBu)6 (2), the acyclic imidoselenium(II) dichlorides ClSe[N(tBu)Se]nCl (4, n = 1; 5, n = 2) and two new cyclic selenium imides [Se3(NtBu)2]n (3, n = 1 or 2) and Se3(NtBu)3 (6) have been isolated and identified. An X-ray analysis shows that 6 is a six-membered ring in a chair conformation with |d(Se−N)| = 1.833 A. Crystal data: 6, trigonal, P3c1, a = 9.8660(3) A, c = 20.8427(7) A, V = 1757.0(1) A3, Z = 6. The 1H, 13C, and 77Se NMR data for 1−6 are reported, and some reassignments of earlier lite…
Orthometallation reactions of tris(p-methoxyphenyl)phosphine with dirhodium(II) tetraacetate
1998
Abstract Reactions of dirhodium(II)tetraacetate [Rh2(OAc)4] with tris(p-methoxyphenyl)phosphine (PMP) at 1:1 and 1:2 molar ratios yield, first appropriate adducts: [Rh2(OAc)4P(p-CH3OC6H4)3] (1a) and [Rh2(OAc)4{P(p-CH3OC6H4)3}2] (2a), and then orthometallated [Rh2(OAc)3{μ-(p-CH3OC6H3)P(p-CH3OC6H4)2}(HOAc)2] (1) and [Rh2(OAc)2{μ-(p-CH3OC6H3)P(p-CH3OC6H4)2}2(HOAc)2] (2) complexes, respectively. They have been characterized by spectroscopic methods. The molecular structure of 1 has been determined by the X-ray methods. Crystal data: space group P1, a=11.085(5), b=11.387(5), c=13.900(6) A, α=97.29(3), β=105.23(3), γ=91.93(3)°. In this compound The Rh–Rh distance is 2.421(1), Rh–P bond length 2.1…
New Route to Polynuclear Ni(II) and Cu(II) Complexes with Bridging Oxime Groups That Are Inaccessible by Conventional Preparations
2019
A series of new polynuclear complexes of divalent Ni and Cu with 2-cyano-2-oximino-acetic acid (later AACO2-) were obtained as the result of the ligand modification reaction in the process of complexation, using 2-cyano-2-oximino-acetates such as methyl- (later as MeCO), and ethyl- (as ECO later on). Synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods, thermal analysis, magnetochemistry, and X-ray crystallography. Crystal data revealed the formation of the dimeric [Ni(AACO)(H2O)3]2·H2O (1), trimeric K2[Ni3(AACO)4(H2O)4]·4H2O (2), and K2[Cu3(AACO)4(H2O)4]·4H2O (3) complexes, with bridging NO-groups cyanoxime dianions. In the latter two compounds, the AACO2– anions adopt cis-arr…
